The Time of Green Magic

I think that this book is quite strange because there is only little bits about magic and the rest is about the family. My favorite character was Abi.I would recommend it if people like reading really long books.

I loved this book because it was very fictional and imaginative. My fav character was Abi because I loved how she took charge in lots of problems and she loves reading books. Iffen was a very fierce cat-thing from 30,000 years ago.

I thought that this book had a little bit of a scary hint in it. My thoughts on what I have read are that I thought it was a very good idea to have the idea of being sucked into a book and things coming out of a picture or book. My favourite character was Abi because she is a selfless person and is very kind to go to the length to cheer Louis up by a letter from her Granny Grace. I would recommend it to someone else because it is not like a one genre type of book is is fiction and horror. It is horror by the means of Often he is quite a wild, big, intimidating cat like thing.

I found this book interesting as it involves mysterious events and magic.There were strange and dangerous creatures in the book such as Louis's secret pet cat that grows larger each day and more dangerous. My favourite character is Abi as she is very mature for her age and she takes charge of her own responsibilities without being told to. I would recommend this as I believe others would enjoy knowing about the magical and mysterious event that happen through out the book.

I loved Iffen the cat, and the story made me stay up late turning the pages eagerly. I would definitely recommend this book to 9+ readers, who love adventure and magic mystery.

I thought this book was very good and had good vocabulary too. Magic is real. Awesome and enjoyable. Yes, it was fiction. Abi was my favourite character because she is kind. It was kind of factual meaning it had a moral. It interested me because of the good front cover when I first saw it. I would recommend it to all book lovers who like that style.

Audiobook. I would have given this 6 stars If I could. I enjoyed this because it was an adventure with great characters. The characters were original and from different backgrounds. I hope the author writes another book to make it a series.

Simply a beautiful book about life, it's trails and tribulations and the love of a family, however fractured. Fully rounded pre teen lead characters that you want to invest in with a supporting cast of adults that stay where children put them, in the background until they are needed! Louis, my favourite, is what every 6 year old should be with a few added idiosyncrasies that make him so endearing. The sprinkle of magic is just that and doesn't detract from the heart of story it only adds to Hilary's unique brand of storytelling. A Joanne Harris for middle grade readers. I absorbed it in morning and it stayed with me much longer.

I liked when they put the book in a spiderman duvet cover so Dannys mum didn't see. I liked Abi because she was very calm. I didn't like when louis ran out of school. I like louis because of the magic and iffen. I mostly liked it when he went to after school club because I have an afterschool club.
