My favourite character was Rodolpho because he saved Aribella when she needed to be saved. I would recommend this book to children aged 9-11 years.

The mask of Aribella is a good book, and I loved it. I really liked reading it, and I liked learning new words in Italian. My favourite character is Seffie, because she has the personalities of a good friend, and. because she has the power. I would want if I could have one. The only thing I didn't like was that for one part, I. didn't really know what was happening. I would recommend this to fiction fans, and people who like mystery. 4 stars

This was my favourite book I read during the Summer holidays. The most interesting incident is when Theo gets bitten by a spectre in a canal in Venice. I like the character Fin because he can walk through walls.

This book is about a girl who discovers she has the super-power of being able to create fire with her mind. Her enemy is a person called Zio, who is presumed dead but tries to defeat Aribella with spectres. My favourite character was Seffie, whose super-power is being able to understand and talk to animals. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes fantasy/adventure stories.

Aribella is living a hard life . Her mama passed away when she was only little and her dad still hasn’t recovered after 10 years . She feels bad when she leaves him alone but she also doesn’t wanna stay at home and be sad with him . She goes on a boat to sell fish with her friend Theo and his papa . There is only one problem .. people think that girls are bad luck on boats and she starts getting weird looks . She doesn’t mind . In the fish market , she gets angry at a boy called Gian who is bullying aribella and Theo while there papa is selling fish . Fire shoots from the fingertips and burns Gian . She is shocked and scared . Everyone starts to call her witch and she runs away far into the forest . What will happen now?

I absolutely loved this book! It kept me reading until the very last page! My favourite character would have to be Aribella because she was different to everyone else in the book because she was new to everything and she was really courageous. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes an adventure!

I LOVE THIS BOOK! This might be my favourite book of all time! It is in Venice (which I'd love to visit one day) and it is about a secret organisation of people with magic powers, the 'Cannovicci'. Aribella is a lowly girl in the market, but then she is so angry she finds that her fingertips burst into flames! In Venice, the lions mouth is a place to put people who are considered dangerous. When the bully, Gian, sees her flames, he automatically puts her name there and that is how the Cannovicci find her. When the boundary between the dead and the living brakes, Aribella and her friends have to work together on a dangerous mission to save the world. I recommend this to readers 8+.
