I didn't know what a suffragette was before I read this book. They were posh ladies who wanted ladies to be allowed to vote. Daisy was the main character. She had to do suffragette work in secret because her dad didn't want her to do it but she wanted to anyway. I liked Lily the best because she got really excited by the baby chicks.

Addicting and fiction book with a genre of historical fiction. It shows you can do anything no matter what your gender.

It was really interesting to learn about women’s fight for equality in the early 1900s and what they had to go through to win. My favourite character was Daisy as she was kind, smart, determined, brave and inspiring and I would like to be more like her . I would really recommend this book to my friends as it teaches us a little about he history of the fight for equality between men and women ..

I thought this book was amazing and was full of adventures and thrills but also made me think about what women had to go through to make the world a better and fairer place. My favourite character was daisy as she is fiery and has a temper to match her hair. I wold definitely recommend it

I would definitely recommend this book as it was funny , had cliff-hangers and it was based on a true era in which the suffragettes got the votes for women. I liked Daisy the best as she is very courageous and I love how she stands up for what she wants no matter what. As well as this I love Daisy's little sister Lily because she is funny and I like how she always looks on the bright side of a situation. My favourite part of the story was when Daisy heard her Mum and Dad talking about something that would make their lives a lot better and my least favourite was when Daisy was hurt by a horrible, old lady. I like this book because it’s very interesting as well as learning new things. For example the author of this book tells you who you might like to find out about at the end. This is what she ( the author ) put: Sylvia Pankhurst Zelie Emerson Kosher Bill Gorge Lansbury Florence Nightingale Muriel Matters And Jessie Payne. I would recommend this book to ANYONE.
