I really enjoyed reading this book because I recognised lots of the story from the original book Little Women. I liked how it was written in a more modern style. I tried the book because I like the author Sophie McKenzie's other books eg Girl Missing, and I ended up really enjoying it. I would highly recommend this book, and other books by Sophie McKenzie.

After reading Little women and enjoying it, I found this modern version of little women and knew I had to try it out. I think that Sophie McKenzie really managed to capture the feel of Little women but still managing to make it so modern and relatable. My favourite character would probably still be Marmee. I would recommend this to anyone, whether little women fans or not

I loved this book because it was all about family, love and support. I nearly cried when i found out on of the main characters sisters found out that they had a really bad illness. I can't pick a favourite character because i love them all so much. I would recommend this book to someone who likes family drama.

I really enjoyed reading this book because you learn about different peoples lives. Some bits are sad or something happens that you weren't expecting. This book is a modern retelling of Little Women, you won't have trouble understanding what is going on. I would recommend this book to children over the age of 8.

At the end it is very sad. Also this boom is for book lovers. Even though the girl is about 15 it I think is aimed at 10 year olds or older kids
