At Halo Nightly’s school, the swimmers are disappearing from the boys’ swimming team. A deadly mermaid lives in a cave connected to the school swimming pool. Halo will have to use her special sweets to turn into various underwater fauna, such as a hammerhead shark or an octopus, to defeat the hungry girl-fish!

Good read if you like comics. I liked the pictures with the short text.

My thoughts are that the book a good because it is funny. Princess Candy turns into fish to fight the mermaid. It was fiction and I liked Cody because he was really good at swimming. I would recommend this because it explains that friends help you.

The marshmallow mermaid was kind of nice ... I would not tell that the whole story is nice .But I have one reason why I liked it because it was not long inoigh! I like Halo because she is a princess which has magical power and she also can change her powers by eating a different candy sweet. Never! Because I love it how it is, but definitely a bit longer like the other princess candy books.
