I enjoyed the beginning of the book, but there were some scary bits like the sea monster and pirate zombies that made me not want to finish the book…but I did.

I love Patch the cat best because she is cute and kinda but mostly cute when she jumps into Captain Herbert's arms. She is also funny because she shit the rats out when she didn't even know they were hiding there.
