It was definitely a very emotional changing book because it had some sad parts and some happy parts. It was a fictional book and I would recommend it to others if you enjoy mission books.

Mr Dog was my favourite character, because he never gave up trying to find Ferdy, the fox, a new house and owner. Ryan helped Ferdy by leaving the door open for Ferdy and also giving him food. Ferdy eventually found a new home with another fox.

The story is about: A dog walking by itself but then a lady came over and took him. She was friendly with pets. When the dog came to her house he seen a turtle. When it was night she was sleeping until she woke up even the dog did too and they heared a weird noise

My favourite character was the fox because he was really polite at the end. I would recommend to anyone from zero to infinite. I am going to look for more Ben Fogle books at my library.

I didn't enjoy this story as much as some of the other Mr Dog books. I don't understand why people are so mean to Foxes, as I like them. The fox could have gotten into so much trouble if it was not for Mr Dog. Well done Mr Dog for being such a great friend.
