I think its a good book for children aged 6-10 The book is about a girl called Lyla aged 11 it is the year 2009 and an annoying girl from the moon moves to her school on earth and steals her best friend lyla finds the friend she needs in an old woman who lives beside the school, the old woman teaches her how to ride a real life rocket I personally don't think it is as good as it could have been.

I would recommend this to someone else.My favourite person was Lyla because she was exciting. I thought the book was really good because in the end Lyla got her friend back.

With audio its much more realistic.Bianca is lilas friend,Lila is disappointed that she wasn't invited.Instead she invited other girls.It makes me very sleepy but I enjoy it.

I seriously loved the book!! I would say the only thing wrong with it is that you can't put it down! Lyla is a wonderful girl who would definitely do anything to help her friends, even steal a rocket! I would definitely recommend it. You guys should give it a read!

I really liked this book as it is set in the future, therefore, there are loads of gadgets that they have that are so cool and interesting such as crazee stickers - you stick them on the wall and they have a life of their own ( walk around), jelly bats that you eat, open your mouth and they fly out!!! The kids think that things like trainers and ipads are really old and they can't imagine life without what they've got! What happens is, a new girl comes to the school who is from the moon - there is a city on the moon - and she takes away Lyla's best friend Brianca, leaving no one for lyla to play with so she spends her spare time trying to fly a rocket. Then a terrible fire breaks out. Can Lyla win Brianca back?

This was a fiction book that was really fun and exciting and it was set in the future.I liked the main character lyla. I would definitely recommend this book to someone else as I enjoyed it so much.

this book is great. it's about this girl called Lyla who has a friend called Bianca. a new girl called Petra steals Lyly's friend at Bianca's party. will Lyla WIN her friend back. i definitely recommend this book.
