I liked that Barry Loser didn't give up on trying to get his own sausage dog. I also like the style of the book it was really funny. I'm going to read more Barry Loser books!

This is a funny fiction (made up) book that I would recommend to anyone who loves animals and a good laugh!

This book is okay although I wouldn’t read it again because I don’t really think this is my type of book but i might recommend it to 7-10 year olds. I might also recommend tom gates and the diary of the wimpy kid. It is also a fun and easy picture book to read. My favourite character was probably Barry because he reflects on some of the matters that I can relate to.
