The Puppy Who Couldn't Sleep

This book is interesting it is about a dog who lives in the alley and he gets found by two girls and he is meant to go to the shelter but there is no room the story is a bit sad and I rated it 4 stars because it is a bit sad and I am not a big fan of dogs but I will recommend this to people who are more of the type of person who likes dogs and who are big fans of animal stories by Holly Webb like I do.

I liked how the girl rescued the puppy. She gave him a warm bed but he couldn’t sleep. He tried everything but in the end he got to sleep by sleeping next to Lara

I liked the book because it was really cute. I really liked Lara because she was the person who found the puppy. It was interesting because this book inspired me to write my own book and it also gave me lots of ideas for what to write my book about. Yes I would recommend this to someone else.

I really enjoyed this book because at the end it has a haapy ending. it is also based on a true story about a dog who lived in a shelter who couldn't sleep unless he was in a cardboard box.

I like dogs and puppies so that is why I chose this book. Lara finds Jet a black puppy in an alleyway. He loves his new home but at night he cries a lot and keeps everyone awake.

My favourite character was Jet the puppy because he is so cute . I would recommend this book to someone else because I would know that they'll love Jet . At first I didn't now why it was called the puppy who couldn't sleep but when I got to chapter five I realised why it was called the puppy who couldn't sleep because he couldn't sleep at night without the right bed for him / a box.

I really enjoyed reading this book! I really liked the story and that it was all resolved by something so simple (no spoilers!) in the end! My favourite character was Lara because she was really kind and determined to help Jet. I also loved both their dogs! I would recommend this book to anyone who likes dogs!
