Gizmo has been my best friend since the day I was born – he’s always been around. But now they’re telling me he might not always be around which completely sucks.
I’m determined that me and Gizmo will have lots more fun and adventures before he goes – I mean, he loves parties, deserves pampering, and needs a break by the seaside. And as for that old saying about how you can’t teach an old dog new tricks – it’s true, you really can’t!

It's a wonderful and sad book. I almost cried when Gizmo died at the end. It's a good thing George made and a bucket list for him. I wasn't happy with Matt at all, he was such a good friend to George and then turned him down, I would have loved to have seen his face after George won the dog show with Gizmo. All the same he was slightly different at the end.

It was a good book that many people can relate to. i love the sections of the book which we hear gizmos thoughts. It was a good book although i think it could be better at some parts.

I love this book because my dog is getting old she is a border terrier and I think it’s so sweet that the boy is having another adventure with his dog for the last time . It also is a bit sad at the end but he has all the memories of the bucket list. I would recommend to anyone who loves dogs

It's a non fiction book and I liked the dog, Gizmo ,as my favourite character. This book interested me because it's a heart warming book and it shows the affection between a dog and a child. I will recommend it for every one to read.

I liked this book because it's very funny and interesting . My favourite character is Gizmo the wonder dog who is a hero. I like him because he's very funny.

This book was fictional. I found the book funny. This book is longer than the books I'm usually read so I enjoyed the change.
