Ade loves playing football and he’s amazing in goal, despite the heavy metal caliper he has to wear on his leg. He can save any ball that’s sent his way, from any direction, so his friends have nicknamed him the Cyborg Cat. But when the Parsons Road Gang stumble upon some unusual graffiti it starts to have a really weird effect on Ade. Somehow, the art is drawing him into another dimension, where he really is Cyborg Cat! But that’s not all – after seeing the Night Spider’s art, Ade starts to feel weak and everything begins to go wrong. He’s banned from a school trip to a safari park because of his disability, and the doctors have some bad news about his legs. How can Ade overcome his challenges and what power does the mysterious Night Spider have over Cyborg Cat? Ade needs all his friends’ help to uncover the truth.

An amazing adventure full of fun and friendship from the inspirational Paralympian wheelchair basketball star Ade Adepitan.

I love this series of books. it talks about the inequalities in england regarding race. My favourite character was brian. It was a mix up of fact and fiction. I would recommend this to ages 7+

It was very good. Even though Ade needed to use a wheelchair it didn't stop him being very brave. I would recommend it to you if you are interested in children dealing with racism and prejudice.

I thought that the book was funny because he changed his accent every time his dad spoke. I have read that every person has a hero inside them. If it was fiction I would like Cyborg cat because he never gave up to get into the basket ball team. The book interested me because the book has a hero and a bad guy and the hero's always win. I would recommend the book to someone else who has a good sense of humour.

This was a fictional story and was very adventurous. It was great because it was about a disabled boy but his disability gave him superpowers. He used his powers to win football games but also to save other people. I would definitely recommend it as there were scary moments and actual laugh out loud moments - just brilliant!
