It was cute the way the dog and rabbits got along instead of the dog chasing the rabbit and the rabbit hiding from the dog. And my favourite line is 'Rabbit habits have already made our job here a hundred times harder.'

It had a happy but sad ending because Mr Dog had to let the bunnies go, but socks(one of the rabbits) met Mr Dog again. Socks is in the wild because his owners left him outside but he had a happy ending when he got reunited with his owners.

Mr. Dog and mother rabbit went on a thug race. Mr. Dog was so fast to the surprise of rabbit so he was so curious to get to know him. Rabbit smelled some carrots and wanted to get some but got trapped. Rabbit begged dog to rescue him and look after her young ones if she does not make it but in an attempt to rescue her, dog got trapped too. However, he was able to break free again. I like the bravery of Mr. Dog.

This is a really good book I have read the whole series! I really like the characters because I love books about animals. Also I like the way Ben Fogle writes. I would definitely recommend it to children age 8 +.
