I have read this book

It was sort of an ok book, but it had some stuff to do with gods ( I think it's about being in the viking times! ), unless you are fine with that sort of stuff. It's about a viking girl called Ylva ( pronounced eel-va) and she is a Dane with her dog, Geri. In the start if the of the book, her mother has been killed. Ylva thinks it's the three-fingered man, and is determined to get revenge on him and his female companion, who has stolen her mother's locket. But on her quest to find the three-fingered man, she meets two people she doesn't know, Catheryne and Bron, who are both Saxons. Normally, Danes and Saxons are both enemies, so how will get on? Will they fight, or help Ylva get revenge? My favourite person was Ylva, because she is very brave in the book ( even if it is fiction ) and is determined, to avenge for her mother, no matter what it takes. I think I would recommend this book to other readers and my friends too.

Excellent book, great reading abut such a strong, young female character like Ylva. Terrific writing and great historical novel. Would definitely recommend!

I thought this book had a strong moral of “do what is the right thing”. I felt that the protagonist: Ylava had to overcome her belief of revenge and her background. I recommend this to ages 9 and up.

I loved big Game to Dan Smith so I was excited to read She Wolf. In like books that are set in the wild and you could tell the history was well researched. I didn't think the plot was quite as good as Big Game but I enjoyed it anyway.
