This was a nice, easy book though it seemed a bit short and talked a lot about cheese sandwiches! (But in some ways, I liked it being short... and cheese sandwiches are good!) I enjoyed it lots though even though it was different to other books I read. I like Armadillo and also Invisible Stick Insect.

I liked this book because it was about a funny armadillo, he loves cheese sandwiches and he doesn’t like exercise. And it also has a hare who has a tuba that makes things pop out of its hole and then fade after a while.

This book is in a series of 2 but more are coming out. The book is based on an Armadillo and a Hare, there is a lot of weird things that happen there and they often evolve cheese! Armadillo loves cheese sandwiches (and he has started to paint them). What will happen this time? An elephant, tick, a flood, tick, a dance festival tick. What could possibly go wrong? I would certainly recommend this book as it is well thought out, fun and warm. A lovely, funny book.

This collection of tales from the land of Jeremy Strong's brain are funny and beautifully crafted. My favourite character was wombat as she was lively and clever. I would recommend this book to all primary school kids though mainly 5-8 year olds. The characters are amazing as you learn a lot about them from their actions and how they speak.
