Abi has always wanted a kitten of her own, but when her family contact the local animal shelter to enquire about adopting one, she’s devastated to find out that the busy road they live on would make it too dangerous.

I liked it because the girl in it, Abi, used her sense to track down her kitten after it was lost. I also liked that they accepted the kitten even though it was deaf.

I liked this book because the children who wanted a kitten got a death kitten and they looked after it as a pet and made sure that it didn’t escape onto the mane road but it did get outside when it wasn’t supposed to but they got the kitten back

I would recommend it to someone else because it is a very kind story of a kitten who is deaf but is very friendly and likes to stay indoors because if she goes outdoors she might get hit by a car.
