I thought that it was really good because when Tom and Elener led Scalamanx into the icy plains he froze to death. Tom and Elener because they defeated a fiery fury. Yes I would recommend it to anyone.

I think this book is great because it has a salamander that can burst into flame! The salamander is made of molten rock and if you cut off a piece of his body, it will grow back again. My favourite character is Tom - the main character that fights the beasts. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes salamanders.

A witch named petra gave a love potion to Tom-the main character-and it was very funny to see Tom following Elena, his friend, because of the love potion. I liked Tom the best because he was very brave. He faced the beast alone for his friend Elena and finally he defeated it. I was happy for him and was freatly relieved that Elena had not been hurt.

I liked Petra the best because I liked to pretend Petra is my cousin. I would recommend it because it was really tough to defeat a fiery beast which would melt their arrows and sword.
