A Moon Girl Stole My Friend
Rebecca Patterson
Lyla lives in a world of robocats, flying sweets and instant snow, but some things never change. Little brothers are still annoying, school teachers make you cringe, and, when your best friend deserts you for the new girl, it still HURTS. Especially when that new girl is from the Moon. But Lyla’s problems lead her into unexpected adventures . . .

I learn In this book that if someone came to your life And soon they leave you don't have to leave your old friends

I liked this book overall but I felt the author wanted to make Layla a big hero at the end so she overreacted at the end. I liked Spark the robo-cat the best. I would recommend this.

It's really lonely when someone took your best friend.

A very futuristic book containing comedic parts as well as devastating points, I think it's moral is to treat people the way you want to be treated as, the main character saved her greatest enemy in a heroic event, even after the moon girl couldn't be trusted.I would definetly recommend this book to other people of all ages! A book is a gift you can open again and again

I liked this book because it’s a book about friendship and there is a teacher robot called Mrs Ticky-tock.
Professor Bernice Pipistrel 14.08.2021

I enjoyed this book. It was set in the future and I found it interesting to read about how a school in the future might be. My favourite character was Lyla because she seemed quite well behaved and because I felt sad for her when she lost her friend. The ending was happy though! I would definitely recommend this book to my friends.

This was a good book because it was based in the future and you never knew what happened next but it wasn't very exciting. I think if was a bit too baby ish for me. I would reccomend it to people under 10.

General Fandango Racoon 03.08.2020

I would definitely rate this book a 5/5, and I would also recommend this book to 8-12 year olds. The book interested me because I had read the first one and the first book was really good so I thought why not try the second one, and I was right it was a really good book! It was a bit like the other book just the other way round, this time Bianca had the new friend instead of Lyla having the new friend!! My favourite character was Gus because she is so funny and well sometimes gets into trouble... like me!
