When Andy hears the headteacher announced a rule a new no-uniform policy everyone is over the moon but her heart just sinks to hear that and is eager to change the rule so her headteacher can understand what it means to have sometimes a no-uniform and a uniform days

The main character in this book is Andy but my favourite is Stevie as she is determined to try new things. I liked this book because it shows how anyone can make things a change no matter how old they are.l would recommend The Polka Dot Shop to someone who wants to make a change
