A magical adventure to delight the imagination. A curl-up-on-the-sofa snuggle of a debut from a uniquely talented author. Eleven year-old Tilly has lived above her grandparents’ bookshop ever since her mother disappeared shortly after she was born. Like the rest of her family, Tilly loves nothing more than to escape into the pages of her favourite stories. One day Tilly realises that classic children’s characters are appearing in the shop through the magic of ‘book wandering’ – crossing over from the page into real life. With the help of Anne of Green Gables and Alice in Wonderland. Tilly is determined to solve the mystery of what happened to her mother all those years ago, so she bravely steps into the unknown, unsure of what adventure lies ahead and what dangers she may face.

I really enjoyed this wonderful tale by Anna James, it has creativity, imagination, and an element of fun. Tilly Pages lives in a bookshop with her grandparents, Beatrice, her mother, disappeared when she was a baby and her father died. But when her favourite book characters come to life, Tilly is taken through the magic of bookandering. With her new found powers, can Tilly figure out what happened to her mother all these years ago?

I liked how she got back to the Underlibary via the Endpaapers of 'A Little Princess'. My favourite character was Anne because she is exactly like herself from Green Gables. If you liked it you should try 'Pages & Co. - Tilly and The Lost Fairy Tales'.

I was a bit scared about reading this book, because I read a book once about wolves that came out of a book and ate a girl... I'm really glad that I did read this book though. I really liked it. I'm kind of worried that Enoch will try to strike back again.

After her mother's disappearence, Tilly has found comfort in Pages & Co., her granparents' bookshop. But after Anne of Green Gables and Alice from Wonderland appear in the shop, Tilly senses there's more to it. Her new abilitiy might even help her solve what happened to her mother, but danger might be lurking on the very next page...
