Ear could have just made the ice hole by bigger by tromping near the ice. He didn’t have to put his tail in because then he lost it.

I liked the part when bear put his Tail in the hole and the otter told the bear to keep his tail in the hole until he sees a fish . Afterwards the otter went back home and the bear's tail was still in the hole for hours until he tried pulling it out but it was stuck so he tried pulling it out as hard as he could until it ripped.I would recommend this book to anyone who is 7 to 10 years old.

I found this book very funny! The funniest part was when Bear's tail snapped off in the ice. It made me giggle a lot! I would recommend this book to other children because it teaches them to be nice to others, or if they're not bad things might happen to them.

The bear shouldn’t have been rude to the otter. If he was nice to the otter he wouldn’t have lost his tail
