Tarquin the Wonder Horse has amazing powers. He can talk, breathe fire and make wishes come true. There are times, though, when having magic powers only brings trouble – as he soon discovers! All humans he comes across want to exploit his special powers for their own gains. But then Tarquin meets two children, Rosanna and Paul, and it seems he may finally get what his heart desires.

I really enjoyed reading this story. It had a bit of action and comedy. The moral of the story is not to be greedy.

I would recommend it to early readers. My favourite character was Tarquin.

It was funny when the big ogre was chasing after them. Definitely recommend it.

The wonder horse is so nice cos the ogre comes and tries to catch them. He flies and helps the children. It is fiction. Rosanna is my favourite as she has golden hair.
