My favourite character was Mr Gaskitt. I liked the bit when Mrs Gaskitt's kitchen was full of crunchy mice. I would recommend this book to my friends because it is a very funny and good book.

This is a good book for the summer reading challenge because it has an unusual character, like the unusual suspects in the animal agents challenge.
