I really liked the book. Kitty throws the party for Sooty, and she can turn into a cat. Her cousin should not see her doing it as the magic will be lost forever. I like Kitty most, and would recommend it for reading.

Kitty was a girl she could turn into a cat because of her magic necklace. It was Sooty's birthday and Kitty bought a cardboard box for all cats to play in it. Two bullies Claws and Fang wanted to spoil the birthday party and took the necklace. Kitty did not let take her necklace and she did not loose her power. Two bullies were still pretending they were friends again but Kitty made the party amazing with lots of fun.

Its about a girl who could change in to a cat. Every now and then when a cat wanted to say something, all the other cats would make a meeting and one night the girls cousin came for a sleepover. I loved it.
