This book is all about a girl named Amelia and her friend Sam. They wanted to be apart of the animal ark’s team. What should we do first asked Amelia eagerly and their boss Mrs Hope smiled. She said to go and feed the kitten named Star. Amelia and Sam did just that they also had time to play with the kitten but somehow star became Amelia’s pet. I like this book because it tells you it is important to take care of animals.

It was really good all about this dog that's got a broken leg and when it's cast gets taken off the dog can't really walk they put it in warm water and eventually after a few sessions of paddling his leg is better yay ! And the girl has a good time doing a really good school play

I really liked this book and it is one of my favourites from the animal ark series. I also liked the puppy, Oscar and the two llamas. It was nice how Amelia and Sam were in the school play with Oscar, the drama teacher's dog. My favourite character was Mac because he was very funny and adorable. My favourite character as well as Mac was Star, Amelia's kitten, who is always very cute and she has a little white star on her forehead. I would recommend this book to any of my friends!

I liked the bits with Drama club in because I liked finding who the cast were. They were playing The Wizard of Oz. Sam was the scarecrow, Tiffany was the bad witch, Izzy was the good witch, Caleb was the lion, Karel was the tin man and Amelia was Dorothy. Amelia and Sam help Animal Ark by cleaning the pens and giving Oscar the dog hydrotherapy sessions. My favourite character is Oscar because he played Toto when Mac had stage fright. He also was brave in his hydrotherapy sessions. I would recommend this book to others because it is about helping animals and being resilient.
