Another hilarious sword-swinging adventure of little hero Norman from the riotously funny comedy dream team in a full-colour Little Gems package.

Norman the Norman is at it again! And this time the Duchess of Normandy is determined that her William should have little Norman helping with this ""Conquest thingy"". After all he is Normandy’s bravest broadsword swinging hero! But can Norman even make it to the boat on time? Or are there other adventures to be had with robbers, giants, a messenger called Barry, and Matilda the very small Duchess… An enticing combination of historical facts, supposition, slapstick humour and authorial asides. Comic genius.

So this book is about a boy named Norman the Norman and he loved fighting the best and making jokes. One day, a full army of bad guys attacked the city but luckily Norman’s army won.

I liked Matilda the best because she is super small. I would recommend this book to anyone aged 9 or 10 because it is a longer book and some of the words are tricky!

Funny and very good. Norman was a Knight who had lots of adventures through the book. Norman is funny because is is so small but he has a massive sword. Recommend to those who like knights and funny books.

Funny. Easy read. I liked it when Noman was sleeping on the mountain top and then rolled down when he woke up. The book started and ended with this. Recommended to those who like knights and funny stories.

I thought this book was very good. The end of the book was very funny! Norman the Norman had been camping and the next morning realised he had rolled down a hill in the night. Then he went home for breakfast instead of going to conquer England. This made me laugh. I would recommend it to anyone who likes history. My favourite character was Norman the Norman from Normandy because I like characters who are brave and silly and he was both of those things.

I liked the book because Norman was silly. In the book Norman the Norman went to the duke’s castle and met the very small duchess. Then he set up a camp and rolled down a hill. After that he went back home.
