Jane wanted to be a writer who writes books. It is non fiction because it happened in real life. It was interesting because of Jane's handwriting. Yes: I recommend this book when I am holding the book and walking. My favourite character was Jane's sister because she is so sweet and hard working.

I would recommend this book as I loved learning about Janes life. I found out today that Janes picture is on a £10 note and I never knew until I looked myself. I didn't think it was right that she had to grow up doing things that was only allowed for girls. She became a famous writer because she followed her dream.

This book is very inspiring and motivational. it is about a girl called Jane, she is born into a family of ten with seven brothers and one sister. She loved reading and writing stories and often share them before bed with the whole Austen family. Growing up she had a passion for writing. She started writing novels at the age of 14. These books are known as Love and Friendship, Pride and Prejudice and many more, but decided to keep it a secret.

This is about a girl called Jane Austen and she can't go to school because of the law at that time. Her father ran a school for boys and he said that she and her sisters could go. She loved writing stories and plays. I recommend this book to children who like history.
