Lauren’s new friend called Mel has a pony called Shadow and he’s afraid of jumping because when he was a little pony he was jumping over a tree trunk with the other foals in his field and he banged his legs really hard.

I love it how this series of books is about helping others. My favourite characters are Lauren and Twilight but also Mel and Shadow. I would recommend this book for ages 6 - 10.
