Rufus
Simon Bartram, Simon Bartram
Rufus is a monster. But he doesn't feel like a Tip-Top monster. Every monster book he's read says that monsters are supposed to scare Peoply People and there aren't any of those in his desert. Rufus decides that there is only one thing for it. He's going to have to find a Peoply Person to scare. But where in the world are they all hiding? The bestselling author of Man on the Moon and Bob's Best Ever Friend returns with a new, stink-tastic character.

Not a fan because it was sad that the lobster didn’t get to scare anyone even though he wanted to although it was good that he made a friend at the end.

Rufus was a nice book but I don’t think I would recommend it.

I really like this book because I just didn't know where the story was going and this made it more exciting. I would recommend it to someone else

Funny book. Favourite character the vampire in the bus. I liked the way Rufus wasn’t scary in the end and hugged the girl. I would recommend to my friends.

Rufus is a monster and he can’t find anyone to scare. He looks everywhere. He sees lots of ghosts, vampires and witches but no people. He finds a barn and Inside is a fancy dress party. All the people were dressed up as monsters.
