I thought this book was funny because it had lots of outstanding jokes. My favourite joke was 'Doing anything nice for Christmas?- I'm having my grandma. Which will make a change. We normally have turkey!'. I liked Mr Bold the best because he told the best jokes and riddles in the book. I would recommend this to everyone doing the Reading Challenge.

I really liked this book. It involves the Bold's telling a story to their children. It was a nice short book that I read quickly.

It wasn't very exciting. But I like it because I love when it's a whole new world for the main character(s). So this book was fictional because it was speaking heyans.

I found some of the jokes really funny but others were not. I liked how The Bolds mistook different objects for others, such as honey for shampoo. I would recommend this book to others if they want to have a giggle.

I liked this book as it told the story to the children of how The Bolds became The Bolds. Betty is my favourite character as she is the pup and she's cute and funny. I'm looking forward to reading another The Bolds book.

I like this book because it was very funny because it had a lot of jokes this book also takes you on a great adventure with the bolds who are origanily hyenas. I would recommend this book to my sister because she likes books that take your mind of everything were you really get stuck in.
