My favourite character is Glug because he’s the weirdest creature I’ve ever seen.I might recommend the book to someone who’s looking for a book.

This was a lovely fiction book. My favorite character was Nelly because she tried hard to make everything work and make everyone happy. I would recommend it for 8 year old and it's got lots of twists that I would have never thought of.

I think it’s very funny 100% a 10/10

This is a really good book about a monster sitter. Her name is Nelly, she is meant to be monster sitting but ends up pet sitting a dog....oh no wait...it's a gog! not just a normal gog but a champion gog. It's a revolving champion but not the kind of revolving that Nelly thinks. I recommend this book for lots of monster fun.

I loved it.
General Hercules Owl 15.08.2022

It was great because I liked a golden reverse show gog. My favourite character was Script, because he had four heads on top of each other, the bottom head was very fat.

This book was hilarious, but the reason I dislike it a tiny bit is because it is slightly disgusting. For example, Glug the gog drools and dribbles a lot and he is really slobbery (but he is still one of the characters I like a lot). Also, the fleas are horrible as well and made me shudder. My favourite characters were Mump and Grit because they were a real help to Nelly and she wouldn't have been able to fix things when they went wrong without them. At the end I was surprised when Nelly lied to Scroot when he mentioned the wallpaper moving. I really like Snowball too, but would not like to meet him because apparently he bites. My favourite part in the book was when Asti threw up a tantrum because her parents wouldn't believe her when she said that she found a weird creature by Snowball's cage. I also liked the part when Nelly went to Snowball's cage at the end and started talking to him. Although I enjoyed Asti's tantrum, she is my least favourite character, because she is such an over-reacting girl and she hates the monsters. (Which is odd because the monsters are what make everyone laugh.) Overall, this was a really enjoyable book and I would like to be a monster sitter one day too like Nelly!

I thought this book was funny, but the reason I am not so keen on it is because it is kind of disgusting at the same time and I felt a little bit sorry for Glug when he got bitten on the nose (I won't say what by). Another reason I disliked it was because at the end Nelly lies to Scroot and Pummice at the end of the book. I enjoyed the book, because of the humour. My favourite part was the bit when Asti threw up a tantrum when her parents didn't believe what she saw and when Nelly went out to Snowball (the rabbit). My favourite characters were Mump and Grit, because they seemed really helpful and I reckon that Nelly wouldn't have been able to get rid of Glug's fleas (although it was Nelly's idea that worked). Also, Mump and Grit brought Glug back to Nelly. Imagining all the fleas on the wall freaked me out, especially looking at the wallpaper at the end. My least favourite character is Asti, because she is really selfish in my opinion and throws too many tantrums and gets annoyed if people aren't on her side and don't believe her. Glug was OK, but he drooled and dribbled a lot so he isn't my favourite.

my thoughts about this book was that why would aliens not go outside just for a bit to have a walk or buy something that aliens like to eat. I liked the girl Nelly because she babysits a gog named Glug. I would recommend this book to my brother and my friends.
Baron River Hedgehog 11.08.2021
