I liked finding out about different Colours which I had never heard of before (Vermillion, Red Orche, Yellow Orche, Chrome Yellow, Prussian Blue etc.).

Great book, I can see why it got a blue peter book award! A bit not for me as it talks about E120 which is a food ingredient: (crushed up bugs (cochineal)) it makes me a bit too cautious now but that is just me and that happened in olden times so it should be okay. I love the facts it is packed to the brim with! Great book

I liked it but it needs more colours. Perhaps there will be a book number two.
