The yellow house in my school is called Parks and that is why I was curious to know more about Rosa Parks. She was an American lady who fought for equality during a time where people were treated differently based on their colour. She protested bravely for the right to a seat in the bus for coloured people. I am brown too and I love being brown! I feel all human beings are equal and we should respect everyone!

Good book loved her resilience and how desperate she was to stop racism. I dislike this book because of one thing society did to Rosa: they put her in jail. Thankfully Rosa did not stop because she knew that what she was fighting for was right.

It was a factual story. This story was about how white people had more rights than black people. When Rosa grew older she was in a bus on her way home and the bus driver asked her to move so a white person could sit down. She refused. because she refused she was arrested. Even though she was arrested she did not give up, she kept fighting. I thought her story was really inspiring and I really got the message that if you really want something you have to fight for it.

I like how what she did changed things because white people bullied black people. It was interesting to find out how she changed things.

This book interested me because sometimes black people aren’t being treated as well as white people and this book encourages to think about this and stop racism.

I like the story because she's standing up for herself, and she wasn't scared of prison, because the roads were not good and she was doing the right thing she had a meeting she told here people to Don't come on the bus just walk, so all of the other people listens
