I enjoyed reading this book because some boys said girls can’t play soccer and they really can. Girls and boys can play together.

I think girls can play football just as good as boys so it was good that Billy showed them that she could play.

Good for children just starting to read on their own. Billy B Brown is great as she is best friends with a boy.

Billie B Brown is very good at soccer. Sam and Benny won't let her play soccer so she showed then she can play soccer by pretending to be a boy. It talks about feelings - at times Billie feels, sad and cross. It talks about her having a funny feeling in her belly. Billie is the best character. I would recommend to other children of my age. It is an easy to read book for those starting reading on their own.
