Flying Fergus 7: The Wreck-It Race: by Olympic champion Sir Chris Hoy, written with award-winning author Joanna Nadin
Chris Hoy, Clare Elsom
A new coach is needed - but what can a wheelchair basketball champion teach Fergus and friends about cycling? Fergus is sure their new coach is going to be his ultimate hero, cycle champ 'Spokes' Sullivan, so when Grandpa introduces Charlotte Campbell, the children are all less than impressed.

I like this book because I really enjoy riding my bicycle and In this story it is about a person who liked riding his bike. My favourite bit was when they were raising money for there local hospital by doing the wreck-it Race. I would recommend this book because it was fun and exciting.

It was fiction. In this book I think Fergus was the best character. I would recommend it to fans of the Flying Fergus series.

I love riding my bike and have done some bmx and mountain bike racing, it’s not easy and you never know until the end of the race! Keep practising and keep riding!

I did not like this book at all, I would not recommend this book, it is super boring. Some people might like it, but I don't. It's about a bike race.

I liked how Charlie always believed in them and how even though she was the captain of a basketball team she still coached the cycling team. My favourite character was Charlie because she always wanted the team to think out of the box and to always have fun. I would really recommend this to someone else.

I thought the book was fun because it was about teamwork and working together. I also thought that the book was fun because it had lots of adventures and exciting things. My favourite part was when Fergus helps his dad who lives in a parallel universe and some of his friends are there too. The last time he visited he persuaded King Wobegot to stop the ban of cycling since Fergus' dad beat King Wobegot on his cycle. So taking use of that he helped bring together a good team and be his coach assistant. Back in Scotland he had won the nationals because he had made a good team. My favourite characters are all the characters execpt Prince Derek because he is a show off. I will reccomend the book.

It was a good book but it took a while to get going. I liked Fergus the best but the rest of the gang were cool too. I like the magical land at the end (Nevermore)
