The Hippo at the End of the Hall
Helen Cooper
‘Come now or come never!’
The invitation was delivered by bees. It wasn’t addressed to anyone at all but Ben knew it was for him. It would lead him to an old, shambolic, museum, full of strange and bewitching creatures. It would lead him to curious family secrets, and mysteries – and some really quite dangerous magic.
The stunning debut novel from twice Kate Greenaway medal-winning Helen Cooper.
Reviews

A book of flooding and animals. Animal's that talk to some people but not to others. A witch with wild magic mist. I would recommend it to someone who is an animal lover.

Well I love fiction books so this was definitely the book for me! I would definitely recommend this book to people and also the characters were full of imagination and wonder and I think that is important to have! Love it in two words!
