The Breathing Trees
Mark Weakland, Chris Jevons
Gemm, Nova, and Jarrell are traveling to a space station orbiting Jupiter. On their two-year journey, they experiment with the oxygen levels given off by saplings in microgravity environments. Will they be able to prove that saplings give off more oxygen in space, and can they get their results back to the scientists on Earth?
Reviews

I did like the book because it was so interesting. I liked all of them because all of them were courageous. It did interest me a lot because it was the best book ever. I would recommend because it was exciting. It was interesting because it was all about trees and how they were made.

Three friends are experimenting with trees making oxygen in space. They glued the bottom of the pot to a metal box so it wouldn’t float. A space rock hit the ship and they had to figure out how to save themselves. It’s a fiction book and would recommend it to a friend.
