The bat is very funny because he said the cherries are mine and no one else can take them. I liked he said he didn’t like waking up in the mornings and he gets angry if someone steals his cherries.

I liked the part where it says "they are my favourite of all things. They are juicy and red and delicious and...they are mine!" It's funny. Then someone takes his cherries, but at the end of the story he likes pears. I think others would like this book
