I found it really interesting and the characters were secretive and mysterious. There were some funny parts which made it a really good book. I would definitely recommend this to everyone I know as a really good goosebumps book.

It was a good book to read, had a crazy storyline that kept me wanting to read. My favourite character was the scarecrow, because they are creepy when they walk and make scratching noise from the straw. Yes I would recommend, it was a fairly scary story.

This book was super scary but not that interesting. I liked start best because he has the most mysteries about him. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

What i like about this book is that when you get into like the middle of the book it's starts to give you nightmares. And Jodie has been finding out that Sticks has been scaring her. But one day Jodie and her friends went to the creek to fish. And then Jodie one day she find a scarecrow........

Jodie and Mark are staying with their grandparents for the summer. They meet a man called Stanley and his son Sticks. Stanley shows the children the scarecrows he made. He tells them he can make the scarecrows walk. The grandparents are scared of Stanley and the scarecrows. Stanley speaks special words from a book and the scarecrows come to life. Sticks sets all the scarecrows on fire and Stanley says he will never make scarecrows again. Instead he makes a stuffed bear come to life. The children say here we go again.
