Great book

I liked that people were stealing sweets and putting them in other peoples lockers so that they could go back to shore. My favourite character was Joe the fearless because on the half term she said she swam with jelly fish, climbed the tallest mountain and climb over a deadly pit of crocodiles. I’d like to try that! I didn’t like the scurvy sea dog. I would recommend this book to others.

It was a sneaky yet exciting . The part I liked best is probably when it took an unexpected turn. First it was about 3 friends that were attending the rusty barnacle and then a terrible monster was stealing all the sweets and they didn't know who it was!

I should stop reading books that seem easy even though they would get me to 100 books faster.

I thought it was very funny because the sneaky sweet stealer was not the person who was blamed but it was the person who was very good at school.
