The Secrets of the Superglue Sisters
Susie Day
Best friends Georgie and Jem aren’t just new at school; they’re new at being full-time sisters too. Georgie’s mum and Jem’s dad have finally bought a house together, and they get to share a home at last, just like they always wanted. But being full time sisters is maybe a tiny bit harder than they expected.
At school, there are new friends to make and a new class project to complete. Everyone must write down their deepest secret so that their teacher Miss Eagle can set a giant ball alight and they can all watch their worries disappear.
But the ball of secrets mysteriously disappears and everyone’s secrets are revealed. Can Georgie and Jem discover who the secrets thief is and learn how to stick together in their new family?

My favourite character Georgie because she would always try her best to be kind to everyone and help them if they needed help or they felt upset and needed cheering up. I thought it was funny when Tilly and Noah wrote the valentine's poems. I would recommend it to people who like books with adventure's in them.

Amazing!!!

I like Jem best as she was enthusiastic and not afraid, but I also like Tilly, Jem's sister. Tilly has long, brown, curly hair and is nine, Jem has short, blonde hair, round glasses and is 11 1/4. Georgie (Jem's new sister, also her best friend) has long, brown hair and is 11 1/4, and Noah (Jem's brother) is 5. Whoever is viewing this book should definitely read this book.

It was an ok book. I probably liked forgive the best because she was kind and I didn't like Jen because she was selfish.

I quite liked this book; the only reason I rated it so low is the fact that I’ve read so many brilliant books! I did find it a little complicated though as it keeps switching to different narrators.

I liked this book because it was funny, emotional and just a really good read! I'd recommend this to older readers because only older readers would understand some of the funny slang used in the book

This book is charming, quite unlike any other. However it does get slightly difficult when it keeps switching between the two girls so I'm rating it a 4 out of 5 this book is a good read for children age 9+.
