Groovy Greeks
Terry Deary, Martin Brown
Apparently the ancient Greeks were a rather groovy bunch. The boys
didn’t start school until they were seven, and girls didn’t have
to go at all. But it wasn’t always so jolly. Readers can discover
who had the world’s first flushing toilet and why dedicated doctors
tasted their patients’ ear wax! With a bold, accessible new
look, these bestselling titles are sure to be a huge hit with yet
another generation of Terry Deary fans.

In preparation for my next school project, when school starts, we have been asked by our new teacher to research Ancient Greece and how the ancient Greeks lived. This book was brilliant, very informative and funny. I learned a lot whilst having fun reading this book.
