I liked that the book was easy to read and understand. I liked that Emily did not get angry. It was very kind of her to share her raisins with the little mouse. I liked that the little mouse got lot of cheese for Emily to make her Christmas happy again!

There was a mouse called Emily. She went to shopping for extra cheese so she can make an extra cheesy cheese pie. But there was no cheese. Then Emily went to find some apples for the apple pie. But there weren't any apples. The shopkeeper said there was only one bag of raisins. So the mouse agreed then she saw a mouse crying. And she asked what's the matter. It said "My mum was going to make some pudding and she needs raisins to put on the top.". "I have some." said Emily. She gave him the basket. The mouse said "Thank you. I can make some butter biscuits.".

I liked this book because at the end everyone showed kindness, love and friendship. I would recommend this book to my friends and all of my cousins because it was a brilliant book and the author had a great word choice. I loved it when the little mouse was unkind to Emily but at the end the little mouse gave Emily a gift after what he had done.

I like Emily Mouse's Christmas because her Christmas list says cheese, more cheese and a little more cheese. Every time she lines up for the shop she gets really cold, just like we did yesterday. I like this part because Emily only had 1 Christmas tree to choose and the shopkeeper said "take it or leave it". Emily shared her cheese with the little mouse because he was sad. I would recommend this book to everyone.
