This book contains a poem about Egg hatching and a short story about a greedy woman. The poet teaches us about how eggs hatch, it talks about Robins, Cuckoo, sparrow, pipit and also dinosaur egg. The story is about a greedy woman whose goose lays a silver egg everyday. she wanted more eggs, so she cut the goose one day. She saw no more eggs and learnt her lesson.
