I liked it because it narrated history in a funny and interesting way. I didn't know much about the countries in the British Empire till I read the book. I would certainly recommend it to someone else, since it was interesting.

It interests me as you get to learn history that you don’t do at school. You learn what they did and how they did it in the past.

I liked this book because it was full of facts but also quite silly. I liked learning about Shaka, the Zulu leader and his life. I will definitely read more Horrible Histories books now!
