The twelfth – AND FINAL – hilarious title in the award-winning, laugh-out-loud series, The World of Norm. Perfect for fans of Tom Gates and Diary of a Wimpy Kid.

Norm knew it was going to be one of those days when he woke up and found himself about to pee in his mum’s wardrobe…

No change there then. Well, except that last time it was his dad’s wardrobe. Apart from that, though, it’s the same old same old, over and over again. No one understands him. Everything’s unfair. Blah, blah, flipping blah. You’d think Norm’s thirteenth birthday might cheer him up, right? WRONG!

But even the worst nightmares have to end sooner or later, don’t they? FINGERS FLIPPING CROSSED!!!

With brilliantly funny illustrations throughout from Donough O’Malley.

Praise for Jonathan Meres:
‘Hilarious stuff from one of my comic heroes!’ – Harry Hill
‘Jonathan Meres is flipping funny!’ – Eddie Izzard

Following a cycling disaster involving his best friend, a garage and a tea-set, Norm should have given the £100 reparation to his mother, but somehow it gets forgotten so that he can repair his bike. The norm life cycle is comprised of three linked stages: emergence, cascade, and internalization (1998, 896-901). Finnemore and Sikkink begin by positing a catalytic role for norm entrepreneurs in fostering norm emergence

I didn’t like this book as much because of the character’s personality but the person I liked best was grandpa because he was average funny

Norm is very careless and grumpy so when his mum bought real coco pops and not supermarket brand coco pops and he was amazed when his mum and dad where going to buy him a mountain bike for his 13th birthday. My favourite character was John the dog because he does some really funny things. I would recommend this to my friends.

I thought this book was quite funny. The funniest bit was when Norm got no Pizza because he went out on his bike instead of having his lunch. My favourite character is Norm because lots of funny things happen to him.

It was… okayyy. There was a lot of humour and laughs but I kind of felt sorry for Norms brothers when they were left alone. Overall it was not one of the best books I have ever read.

I like this book and my favourite thing about it is when norm wakes up and find himself about to pee in his mum's wardrobe. I would recommend it to all Wimpy Kid lovers and people who like a good laugh.

Norm was a regular twelve year old, living in a regular house with a regular garden but then when his dad looses his job, he has to move into a tiny house with a tiny garden eating cheapo coco pops, it just wasn’t flipping fair! I would recommend this to anyone aged 9 or over who likes anything like Tom gates and diary of a wimpy kid.

Yes I would definitely recommend this book (The world of Norm must end now)! I like the fact that it highlights the mishaps of life and things can go wrong so even if they happened to you and you were embarrassed you can still laugh and find it funny when it happens to others! I LOVED this book!!!
