The Riverbank Otter (Tiger Days, Book 3)

I thought it was awesome because Tiger Days had spotted everything the vet said and overcame her greatest fear. Tiger Days because she never give up on the Otter and made me feel like her. I liked the book because of the adventure and I love animal book. I would definitely recommend this book.

I loved reading this book! I really liked how you could imagine what was happening and the surroundings well and it was a nice, peaceful book to read. My favourite character was Tiger because she was kind and overcame her fears. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes books about animals!

Review by my 6 year old daughter: ‘Tiger was visiting her grandma. Tom was excited to see her. They found that grandma’s shed was a boathouse. When Tiger took Holly the cat to a vet, she met an otter and wanted to take him home because she could have a place for him in the boathouse. Her and Tom looked after him until he was ready to go and live in the river. Tiger thought she will not see him again. I really liked the book. I’d recommend this book to children 6 years and older.’

This book was funny and had an adventure. Tiger Days got to look after an otter called Lucky who didn’t have a home. They had to check that everywhere in the lake was safe for the otter to go into. Then the otter could live in the lake. When they went sailing they saw Lucky in the lake and he was happy in his new home.

I like the book riverbank otter written by Sarah Lean.It is about a little girl called Tiger and a little boy named Tom, who met an otter named Lucky. Tom and Tiger helped Lucky survive.There was a big riverbank in Tom’s garden. Tiger had to check the water temperature, to ensure if there were some eels and some other fish so Lucky wouldn’t sI like the book because she loves books like me! I would recommend this book to everyone who helped or loved animals.

Come and read this book animal lovers. This book is so different because it’s so much calmer than all of the other books I have read.If you want a good calm book read this.
