This is about an 11 yr old girl who has an accident and has to learn how to cope with life in a wheelchair. This book is in no way soppy, though.

Katy , Katy is brilliant this is definitely one of Jaqueline Wilsons best books it really makes me feel like I'm with the characters as it happens . every detail described so intensely and and accurately that it almost hurts to read about the great fall . it really gave me a perspective on how lucky most of us are .

I would definitly recommened this book. I loved katys personalityand howthe book showed the accident and time in hospital. I also liked how she dealt with her acident. This is by far one of my favourite books.

I really liked naughty tomboy Katy who converted into a a responsible one after her big accident. She learned to overcome it and that was the main reason I liked it

I thought this book would tell you that if you have an injury you don’t beat your self up you can still do stuff that you love.I have read a book that makes you confident through hardships.My favourite character will have to be Izzie because she has helped Katy as all as she could all the way through.Recommend this to people that think they can’t do things.Yes you can don’t give up!

This book was unique as Katy the main character's Mum died when Katy was young Katy remembers her mum but her favourite memory is when Katy is in her favourite red car (red is Katy's favourite colour) with her sister Clover sitting on the swing with Katy's and Clover's mum running beside Katy
