Middle School: Dog's Best Friend: (Middle School 8)
James Patterson
Rafe Khatchadorian is getting the Hollywood treatment in a film version of Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life starring Griffin Gluck, Lauren Graham, Rob Riggle and Thomas Barbusca. It's a dog-eat-dog world, and Rafe Khatchadorian is just trying to live in it.
Reviews

I thought the book was joyful because it talks about Leo and Rafe starting a dog walking business to earn money. Leo is my favourite because he is funny and makes comments and plays games with Rafe, they are best friends. It was interesting because Rafe makes lots of blunders and disastrous mistakes when plans go wrong. I would recommend it to other people who love humorous books

It was. A fun and enjoyable book to read. It involves child in middle school trying to make a dog business but then things go wrong. I liked the boy whose name was Rafe. I liked how The problems would go wrong and later how they would be resolved. I would recommend it to everyone.

this is a very fun book to read. It's about a boy called Rafe who wants to make money for a games box and for the family. So he starts a dog walking business . But someone starts stealing his customers and things get real . Don't forget his annoying little starts taking the same classes as him and is irritating him more than ever. Will Rafe be able to survive the year ?

I really liked the way James Patterson wrote the book, because there are bits that are full of humour, and bits which actually refer back to school in real life. There are little chapters so it’s easier for kids like me to read!

A great book where Rafe sees his grandmother in a free-meat soup kitchen so Rafe decides to earn some money by starting a dog walking business where a pair of twins start stealing his customers! To top it off his annoying sister has skipped a grade and now she's in the same class as her brother Rafe!
