It is fiction. I like the fact that there is more about Scorpia and that we meet a new secret service also the fact that Ash works for Scorpia is a nice twist.

This book is more in depth, so I would recommend this book to children over 13 years old, as in this mission, Alex Rider has to defeat a massive prostitution and human trafficking criminal organisation, who are linked to the nefarious worldwide criminal group called SCORPIA. Alex’s past has massive links, so not only is he going on this mission to beat the villains, but he wants to find out about his past himself

I love this book thanks to its action packed storyline and nail-biting cliffhangers. It is slightly different from the other books in this series because instead of working for MI6, Alex Rider - the main character - is working for the ASIS. He is disguised as an Afghan refugee along with his mysterious godfather, trying to find out about how criminal organisation Snakehead can smuggle refugees into Australia. I would recommend this book to anyone around 10 years old who loves action.

Snakehead is a rip-roaring,electrifying book. I mean imagine a 14-year-old boy fighting for his country against 2 of the most powerful assassination groups in the world. Every time I turned a page I could feel a tingly feeling through my veins slithering across my body because every word I read put Alex in upcoming danger. This is the 7th book of the series but I only have a small piece of hope inside me for Alex to live. I will most certainly tell my friends about the fascinating series of books that Anthony Horowitz has wrote.
